Starbucks

What is good about Starbucks as always is its location, tasty chai tea and the fact you can plug your computer to work. I had a lemon cake and it was a bit dry. Service was a bit slow but it is not Al as the place was full. Generally on the first floor, it is full most of the time. Looks like it is THE place where student meet to study together. Today I had my tea and le in cake on the main floor. It was all fine. Air conditioning not necessary though. I was happy to have my jacket with me.

The place is quite big because they have second floor and it is in the city center. the drinks for frappe and coffee latte still affordable

I ordered a pumkin spice Cold brew. Sadly it came WITHOUT the pumkin spice flavor and no sweetness at all. That means, the Service lady forgot to put syrup in the drink. I took it anyways because I was in a hury. The Ambiente upstairs is acceptabel. Sadly there is a Problem with the AC or something. The air smells moldy upstairs.

I asked to change my drink, as it was absolutely not sweet, but at the beginning I told the cashier that I needed the sweetest thing you have."And when he changed my drink, there WAS NOTHING BUT ICE, I THINK IT'S DISRESPECTFUL I PAY 7 euros for a drink, not for WATER 😂

Horrible service. A place like this with such prices and reputation, should have clean bathrooms with toilet paper, clean sinks and mopped floor. I am deeply disappointed with this Starbucks and do not recommend to visit it. It’s not worth it. Leaving the place with disgust!
