Very tasty coffee and bakery. But the place was very dirty, the design is nice and cosy, but not enough staff to clean up after customers. The line to the bathroom was about 10 minutes. In general - good place, but not suitable for such a large flow of customers as the Rambla

This place is a regular Starbucks! Good service good quality as same as all around the world! You can buy Spain original cups for souvenirs! Especially I found a fresh orange machine! I think you can see the machine everywhere in Spain! I love it so I super enjoyed the super sweet orange juice! Try it and enjoy the town of Madrid!

Restroom door would not lock. Ladies' room out-of-order. Great service! Great coffee!

service was not the best, they took almost 20 minutes to make a frappe, turns out they gave me an iced coffee, i didn’t want to say anything because i had to rush to an appointment. The place was pretty filthy too.
