Although the staff is nice, the coffees that they make are terrible. It is not their fault, management should train them properly. Every drink that comes out, no matter what you order (besides an Americano), is basically a latte with way too much of the poorly foamed and burned milk. Even after a month of giving this place a try, returning drinks, asking for double espressos - the coffees have not improved.

Came at 21:12 to get a coffee and the place was closed. Hours clearly state its open until 21:30.

Dirty stuff like plastic thread came out of the coffee. No one tell us what is it.

I like the store and the product of the new store, but the lack of respect for the customer bothers me, they lied to me by telling me an offer of a coffee and a cake in a combo that does not exist, so I asked if they came in a combo and they told me yes even the price, I even asked for another additional coffee to which they asked me if I also wanted it in a combo and when they charged me I realized that it was more than what they told me and when I asked they excused themselves that it was with the cookie but the photo I asked them was one that served coffee with carrot cake. Transparencies always create good experiences, deception does not.
