Starbucks

This Starbucks shop is so so, the place is full of pigeons eating and bothering you all over the place. The coffees are served without lids and they are put at the pick up place bit the guy don't call out your name. You have to be guessing. They might be adapted to a client base with habits but they don't match the franchise parameters. No lids, no names, no one cared about the pigeons. See the images and judge by yourself. I go to starbucks searching for quality standard, that is coffee ☕️ with lid on top. But they don't care. Not even respond to reviews. Low level quality.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by some of the employees at your coffee shop. During my recent visits, I have encountered several instances of unprofessional behavior that made me feel uncomfortable and significantly impacted my overall experience. It is disappointing to receive such subpar service when I expect a high level of professionalism and courtesy from a renowned establishment like Starbucks.

Service can be slow even at off peak times, tables not cleaned promptly, floor full of used serviettes a mess, but hey my wife wanted to go!

Starbucks don’t save water. It was more than enough water in my cappuccino. The cinnamon roll saved my «coffe» break. So I give 2 stars.
