Starbucks

They're drinks don't have any flavor here. Employees are kind but don't know how to prepare a good coffee, we got six different drinks and they were all flavorless.

My wife and I love Starbucks. My wife has a Gold Membership. Yesterday we stopped at Starbucks and bought 2 Venti coffees, a flat white with almond milk. The first complaint is that they don't use Starbucks almond milk. When we left, we realized that both of our coffees didn't have enough espresso shots. And the coffee in a large mug tasted like a mixture of boiling water and disgusting almond milk. The taste was simply terrible. The mood was completely ruined for me and my wife. We both were mad. Since we took the coffee and left, I had no way to return it. I paid 210 pesos for this disgusting coffee. (More than $12 USD). Totally sucks. Another complaint: The coffee making area is also very dirty. They don't cook carefully, spilling everything. Disgusting experience. I've been to different Starbucks around the world and this one was the worst.

Please note, people who do not speak English are not served by this Starbucks!!! Emilio speaks very aggressively to customers, the window in front of me was closed and I was told that I would not be served because I did not speak English!!! I was threatened by the police, if I don't leave they will call the police 😂👏😂👏 this is how you serve customers at this Starbucks!!!!

Great service. But it's so expensive, more than what I pay for in the USA. I bought a grande hot chocolate and a bagel with cream cheese for $11 dollars 😬 I like the drive thru, but I'll stick with D'volada or the other local cafe's.

Every delivery with a mistake! Replace or do not bring the ordered things. The last three times "trenza" is brought without nuts
