Starbucks Terranova

Great atmosphere but they are really slow with the orders. Also, seems more like an hangout for the barristas who work there.

This Starbucks is always very busy with long lines in the morning, and thats because there are not a lot of good alternatives in the area. The sad thing is even when they are not busy they are incredibly slow, despite having 10 people and a line of 4 and not a lot of mobile orders. The manager needs to pay attention to the customers and see why things are so slow causing unnecessary lines, but he seems like he needs more training. I havent been coming to Starbucks for awhile and experiences like this keep me away.

I’m a regular there because of constant studying for medical school. Staff is friendly every day and knows many people by name! They are always on top of customer of the month promos and make you feel welcome every day.

Its A Starbucks what else is needed. Typically we don't hit Starbucks but finding good coffee in mexico is sometimes challenging.

Comfortable, large enough and not crowded, only complaint is that music is too loud at times, so it's difficult to have phone calls / meetings. WiFi works fine.
