They didn't prepare the drink with the milk I asked for and now I'm suffering the consequences... There are people who are lactose intolerant and we are doing very badly... What is the use of being charged for vegetable milk when they are going to put cow's milk in it! 😠

Well, just like the other Starbucks, something small but very popular, the prices are high as always but the quality is good, although the employees there seem to me to be somewhat embarrassing since the flow of heat from the customers to the surroundings is quite large. It is due to the pronounced thermal difference that is generated, that is, they make the air very cold, I feel like a penguin.

My experience a few minutes ago was disappointing. The line took more than 10 minutes. The lady in front of me, finds a friend who has just arrived and in order not to queue, which was already longer than when my shift started, she orders her drink without respecting the 7 people who were already lined up. I tell the lady at the cash desk to ask the lady to line up like everyone else and she ignores my request. Is Tec taught to respect others? Does the supplier -Starbucks- respect its customers equally?... I leave my comment for reflection and respect for others...
