My little daughter asked me a question because the lady did not offer us. I did not know what to say to my daughter, the lady knew that we were there because she saw us and IGNORED us because maybe I was not dressed in a suit. I WILL NOT RETURN MORE TO THIS PLACE

Extremely bad service. I was waiting for about 20 minutes for them to call me. Employees are very disrespectful and rude. They just left my coffee there but called everyone else’s name. Only because I accidentally let out smoke from my cap when I walked in.

Great place to hang out with friends, enjoy a book or work for a while. The people behind the counter are always very kind and very helpful.

Its an ok place inside plaza rio, its not the best place to eat or to have a good hot drink its just ok.
