Starbucks Coffee

Something I would like to highlight about this branch is that it is very clean. When I arrived the trash can was almost full and as soon as it was full an employee came to change the bag. I think this speaks well of the always attentive staff. Other than that, the products, food and drinks are of the same standard Starbucks quality.

This Starbucks is small inside, and there are not as many outlets as in others, but it is much quieter and calmer than the others. There are few staff but they are very attentive and gave me my Drink pretty fast. Additionally, something that differentiates it from other Starbucks galleries is that there is an outdoor area that is also quite calm.

I went the first time and everything was great, the second time I mean today, there was a very long line, a lot of noise, I asked for a hot latte, obviously the glass is hot and they didn't give me fajilla, other complaining ladies were asking for fajilla for their drink cold and they didn't pay any attention to me and left it in the bar, I didn't say anything and left there, but pay attention to those details.

The day I visited the cafe, the hot coffee machine did not work and the place looked neglected and somewhat dirty. There is another Starbucks right there in the galleries that is better served.
