Starbucks Chedraui Centro Sur Qro

Terrible guys there, not friendly at all, no napkins, no paper towells, first and last time i go to that starbucks.

Always great to have an SB in the neighborhood!

The place is nice, the square is safe and pleasant. The coffee I ordered was a mocha frappe and I really didn't like the taste. I paid $92.00, so for that price anywhere else it would be much better, since the taste is no joke. The guys who serve were friendly and attentive, so the service is good. They probably sell something delicious, given how many people there were, but for my first time shopping at Starbuck, it was very disappointing. 👎

I went on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at noon and came in with my dog. I lined up because there were people in front of me. I bought a limited edition glass, ordered my drink and a pupaccino. A boy helped me. It was my turn to pay and a girl very politely told me to please leave because they are not pet friendly “I have a sign outside, okay?” He scolds me and tells me that they will bring my drinks if I wait outside. (They never asked me my name, it should be clarified). I told him “okay, then are you sure they will take them to me?” And she said yes. I got out and waited a long time. I thought how were they going to bring me my drink if they didn't ask my name and so I came back and saw my glass with my drink already warm and with low foam on the bar (without pupaccino). I had to go in and take it and order the pupaccino. I understand that they have a lot of people, perhaps few staff... and that they do not accept pets (very third world for a US company). Their sign is extremely small and is at the bottom of the door, it is also understandable. Nobody was to blame. However, the way they say things leaves a lot to be desired, as does the service they gave me. Starbucks doesn't sell coffee, it sells experiences... they sold me a bad experience and it doesn't make me want to go back.
