Starbucks Andares

The employees are awesome, the food and drinks were really good. Even with a lot of people waiting they manage everything with time. I did notice a lot of greedy customer that are literally Karen’s and they still manage to be profesional. They have an amazing team.

They didn't give me my ticket and when I asked the guy for it he told me that he hadn't left and attended to the next person, and when I check my application I see that my balance or my rewards were not charged. I don't know if the cashier "Juan" kept the money, but the guy at the bar was the one who gave me the drinks because the cashier never wrote them down. I think that those details do have to be taken care of since they are part of the experience.

It has a large place to sit and that's good... the boys are very attentive

Terrible service, they took a long time to prepare my drink despite the few people who were also waiting for the same thing. Baristas waste a lot of time, they literally spend it talking to each other, at times they stop preparing to intensify the conversation. Terrible experience.

Good coffee, they should just think better about the distribution of spaces since if you sit at the back, you practically have to get in the way of everyone because there is nowhere to go and it is uncomfortable and unsafe
