Starbucks Aeropuerto Hermosillo Ext

Been here at the Hermosillo airport since 6am Sunday. Still closed. People here working but won’t serve people. Terrible Servicos

It turns out that my flight to Tijuana could not land due to excessive fog, so they diverted us to the Hermosillo airport and the airline gave us a food voucher to be used in the restaurants inside the airport. I decided to use it at Starbucks, to my surprise, when I wanted to scan the barcode of my application so that the purchase would be registered, the guy who helped me said that it could not be used when the purchase was with an airline voucher... Is that What does it have to do with it? The coffee will receive the money from the airline, Starbucks does not care if I pay for my own coffee or a third party does it, in the end, they will receive the money. I feel dissatisfied with the service I received. Generalities: - They accept credit and debit cards as an additional payment method to cash. - Easy access for people in wheelchairs, there are no steps or elevators to climb. -It's the only Starbucks where I've been offered guacamole for sandwiches. Point for that. - The cafe is visibly dirty and messy. - I didn't like the service.

The best service 100 out of 100, I have not had good experiences in Hermosillo with Starbucks but Kiki, Ronaldo and Robert made the experience great, thank you for your service, for your closeness and attention. Keep up the good work guys, it's the best branch. My super delicious caramel makiato.
