Recently retired to Lanikai. Bought a pair of sandals and a couple of days later attempted to exchange them! In perfect shape! Goodness, I love shoes and you all would not exchange them for a pair that fit better! My mother owned 3 stores in Calif so I know the importance of return business. . I could have become a regular and now, I will have nothing good to ever say about your store. As the old saying goes, Pennywise, pound Foolish. Unbelievable. Marci Ronka

Very bad costumer service. Will not come back again. Bought kids slippers for $50, four weeks ago and they are completely falling apart. No exchange or score credit, managers answers, sorry nothing we can do.

Awesome customer service. Thank you for saving us from looking for another store that had Olukai sandals.
