Everyone was super friendly and helpful since the moment I walked in. Love this store!! Wish I could’ve looked around but my daughter isn’t into hardware stores yet lol. Not sure how the prices compare to other hardware stores or the quality of their stuff since this is the first hardware store I visited here in Moscow and only bought nails and batteries. But they did seem to have decent prices.

I love shopping at spences they have something for everyone. This time I tried a new chicken food a high protein mix I probably won't be buying it again. Putting it in the truck the bag ripped open wasted so much of the bag. I love the product but dislike the packaging. The kid who works there was very nice got us a big plastic bag. I would warn customers the packaging rips very easily.

Every time we shop at Spence, the service is incredible! Attentive and helpful employees offer assistance every single time we shop in the store. You can’t get service like that in one of the big box hardware stores! I just returned from my second trip there today and wanted to give my compliments to the staff. Five stars!

This place is so great especially compared to Moscow building supply, where they used to treat you like a person. The people are like one big family that work there and are always super helpful.Your treated like an actual person.

We go regularly here for animal feed, farm and garden supplies, and building hardware. They have a good, well-organized fastener section. Plumbing and electric supplies aren’t quite as extensive as a full-on building supply store, but great for a farm store.
