Very very Poor Customer Service. Went to Return a shoe within the time frame with the reciept , and yes I missed the box ( My bad! ) but It was Unworn, the person who handled rudely said straight on face that it was worn out, and NO refund pushing away the shoe and walks off Didnt even give me a chance to explain . I did not even step out with it , there were no stains of being used. Why would I return If i used and wanna keep the shoe? . It was disrespectful . Did not expect such an experience in a store in the US. I also requested partial refund and it was a NO on face. I was triggered emotionally with his nature of behaviour! I wish your organization trains customer relationship skills well!

Greetings sometimes these managers can be too young and under trained to run a store they tried to sell me a shoe that was on display a used shoe at full price.

THIS STORE IS THEE BEST PLACE EVERRR!!! Thank you DAVID & company (forgot his name sorry tall guy w/glasses lol!) Customer service was AHHHMAZING, the store is super neat & organized. Wish ALL stores were like this & I hate shopping. TAKE MY $$$ LOL!!!

Rude service all around! I came in for an exchange. Was told I couldn’t do an even exchange. Most store can swipe your card you purchased them with. Every employee had an attitude. I understand retail can be trying but, do your job.

The customer service is TERRIBLE!!! The worker was so mean when I asked to try a shoe in a 7.5. Apparently they don't do halves, and I didn't know that, and he was so mean to me. It was not worth my time.
