Snap-On Tools

Snap on tool have sold out. After 30+ years of loyal buying, I will never purchase snap on tools again. Used to be the gold standard of mechanic's tools now it's more of a plastic standard. They should rename it to snap-off tools. I know hundreds of other mechanics from Pennsylvania to Massachusetts and we all feel the same. Prediction snapon will file for bankruptcy by 2025.

They don’t come and honor the lifetime warranty on the tools they promised to warranty. They take my power probe in for repair three years ago and never returned it to me. I have several tools up to $600 and climbing in need of repair and replace but the local salesman doesn’t show. Horrible customer service.

This guy was an angry fearful baby, yelling at me for getting to close to him when I was checking for something on the shelf. What kind of service must they provide hiring these sort of people?
