VERY poor customer service. My parents have called many times and they are always obtuse when asked questions. They are the very antithesis of helpful and take advantage of people, based on my experience with them.

They did not install things to code when helping with my house rebuild. Due to this many warranties were voided. A vent was not installed properly and a few other things were missing. We have asked him multiple times to please come fix what is not legally installed, but he says the job is done and he is too busy.

Judtin refused to come see the damages caused by the furnace he installed. Previously he removed the gas company tag without doing any repair or inspection. The furnace was inspected by another company and replaced at a cost of $5,149 after damages of $12,000 apptoximately. Justin has be unprofessional and rude, and apparently discriminated against me, I believe because I am disabled and he does not see me at his church...he has caused my family hardship and suffering. I do not recommend him to anyone. I would give him a minus 5 if I could.

Justin did a great job for me. Our office building is old and so is the HVAC system. He fixed our problem same day and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Solid, dependable and honest. Good guy.

Did not perform work to code, refuses to make it right. It's been almost two years of reminders from our building contractor and myself and he still claims he's too busy to deal with it.
