Sierra Air Conditioning

Noticed that the outdoor unit was making an odd sound. Called Sierra and they sent someone over right away. Met Service technician Justin C. and he was very knowledgeable, asked me questions, and performed a diagnostic on the unit. He thanked me for calling as he discovered the fans motor was malfunctioning. He made a few calls and scheduled me for a replacement. He also explained that its covered under the warranty and if I noticed any other issues not to hesitate to call. He even cheeked the other unit just to make sure it was working properly. His customer service was fantastic! I would prefer to have Justin assist if we have an issue because he was so kind. Thank you Sierra for sending him to resolve our concerns.
