Shoebox and Co

I visited Shoebox and Co for the first time this summer and purchased a pair of shoes I had been looking for. Once I returned home (6 hours away in NY) I discovered that I had 2 different sized shoes. I let the store know via their email option and Alex got back to me asap and worked tirelessly to fix the problem so I had two shoes that were the same size with no charge to me. What a wonderful establishment to deal with! I’m a forever customer and will continue to visit every year when we’re in Maine. Go there! You’ll be happy you did - for the wonderful service and all the options of current, in style shoes. Thank you Shoebox and Co!!

I was in a couple weeks ago with my wife and found a pair of Keen’s that I had been looking for, love them. My wife commented on how she liked John’s shoes, cool looking Pikolinos. John said he’d just was we for the second time and they were like slippers! They didn’t have my size but they ordered them for me and sent to me in Wisconsin. Shoes arrived late last week and I wore them last evening and John was spot on, like wearing slippers. Everyone should stop in the Shoebox when their in Kennebunkport, you’ll be happy you did!!! BT

I'm a Chiropractor in Wells and I've been seeing a lot of patients with plantar fasciitis. I found a shoe called oofos that has given relief to several of my patients. John at The Shoe Box goes above & beyond to serve his clients. I visited his store on a girls trip to Maine. What a fun experience!! We walked in to a ton of different options & the staff were great listeners & found the perfect shoes for us. I even order from John rather than online bc I respect his entrepreneurial spirit & desire to create a unique experience for each guest. Support locals in whatever town you are visiting…it supports their dream & you have a fun memory when you wear your shoes. You can even share an enjoyable memory with them when they compliment your shoes. ;)

I’m in love with my new Fly booties from Shoebox. John helped me find a comfortable and stylish boot to wear on my trip to Italy. I’ve been walking for 6-7 hours a day with no problems! Thank you for bringing such great quality brands to kennebunkport!
