Shoe Dept.

Workers are very nice but management is very stuck up.. very disrespectful towards there workers

There are 3 different locations, but the location in Dover Mall is my favorite place to shop. Employees are very friendly, products set out very nice. Prices are reasonable and I've come away with some nice shoes.

Visited store at 5:20 pm on a Sunday. While looking at a shoe, I was asked if I needed help and replied that I was okay. Employee stated promptly after "we close at 6". I was going to make a purchase, but I put my item down and quickly walked as I felt like an inconvenience. Will not be going back.

Not a bad selection and good prices. However, I had to wait for someone to go to the back to get me the second shoe. Either they need to put out both shoes, sine the boxes are all out on display, or have more attentive staff. I am sure it is to cut down on the, but then more staff is needed.

For someone who has bad feet and can't wear any nice shoes unless they have em in my size...This place was the best.. I found muliple shoes i liked and when i found a pair i liked with a scuff mark the gentleman behind the register went and found me another shoe in my size..i too have big feet so if you need a nice pair of shoes hit them up.
