I attempted to place an order online for some shoes for my kids. I opted into the SMS messaging and received a $10 coupon. I attempted to use this coupon on multiple shoes and it wouldn’t work. I tried calling customer service and they told me I couldn’t use it on on basically all of the popular brands of shoes. That’s totally fine if you want to have a very restrictive policy with that coupon, however I was never given “terms and conditions”, received, or read Andy thing that excluded 90% of the brands from the coupon. I was asked to text a number with a code and all I received was a welcome and here is $10 off. This is very misleading and false advertising. I understand it’s only $10, however it is the principle of a company being integral, transparent, and forthcoming with their website and coupons. Very disappointed.

Returned a Christmas gift. The store didn't have many sizes left, but the clerk found the boot I wanted in another store and had them sent to my home. She was a really nice person who really wanted to help. I'll come back when they have more inventory on hand.

Love the store and selection. Wish they had more staff to assist you with.
