Shoe & Sneaker Barn

Normally a good place to shop. However service seems to be deteriorating. Staff completely ignored me (no they weren't busy). I would suspect that on a Saturday, while shoppers are out, staff would be engaging the customer who came in the store to facilitate a sale, instead I overheard stories being told in the back and when one of the staff looked at me from the backroom, they refocused their attention on continuing their banter, ignoring the customer ready willing and able to buy. Unfortunately the store lost a sale today.

This place is honestly the best run family business I’ve ever seen! Andrew and the staff are extremely knowledgeable about every shoe they offer and give great recommendations for someone with foot issues like myself. My family and I have been coming here for the past 5 years and will continue to return since the service and selection of products are top notch!! Keep up the great work!

Bob and Andrew are great! Very friendly and great service. We have been going here for years. I recently purchased a pair of sneakers, after a month one of them wore a hole in the heel on the inside after indoor use. I went back and Bob replaced them on the spot. We will continue to purchase from him. Friendly reliable service, and a great local store! Thank you!!!

Amazing service. I've shopped at both locations and the staff are always patient and knowledgeable. I brought my grandmother in and the young woman brought a few different supportive shoes, then made sure they fit properly. We ended up getting a pair of SAS & Aetrex! Can't wait to go back for my next pair of Hokas.
