I had always had a good experience at that place. This week, while at the gas station, I entered the shopping service to ask for water for mate. They answer me that the beach employee has the tokens. I went to one of them that was closest to the water heater, getting out of a vehicle, strangely, during work hours. I couldn't even talk to him, it was like I was invisible. We couldn't load hot water because we didn't have a token or someone to sell it to us. We were only able to drink mate after a YPF in Garuhape where they kindly sold us a token. Terrible attention from the Shell staff on that day.... A shame. Personally, I have always used Shell fuels, they will no longer have that exclusivity in Monte Carlo and in the face of new bad service I will eliminate them from my list of purchase possibilities....

Excellent service, today I had a demo meeting for a brand. The staff who assisted my colleague and me were very friendly, dedicated and helpful. The food was delicious, the atmosphere is pleasant, very satisfied with the service. Freshly made food with excellent flavor and a very neat place. My recommendation is that they have more varieties of coffees and they also serve a small variety of teas.
