I am a San Antonio native, I can remember when this gas station was good and even had a mechanic that would come out and pump your gas. Since the change in ownership I have had numerous issues but have returned. Yesterday was the last time! I had $40 in cash to fill up my truck and I went inside because I had 35 cents of per gallon of fuel rewards. I knew my fuel rewards never work at the pump, even when I use debit. So I went inside. I paid and gave her my fuel rewards info and she said I only had 5 cents off and even though I have cash, she was trying to ring me up as a credit customer. When I asked for a refund she got upset and told me to report them to Shell Fuel Rewards, which I did. Come to find out they are individually owned and do not have to participate in the fuel rewards program but can reset your fuel rewards points down. Prior issues involved food handling, bad gas and failure to give proper change. Needless to say, the old favorite station lost me forever as a customer. I will go across the street or over to the Flying J before I ever return there.

Today I was their getting gas and the pump did not print my receipt and so I went inside and waited patiently in line and the lady behind the counter got very nasty and told me that their is an option out on the pump to print and I told her I know that but it didn't print. I told her do you think I would be wasting my time and making myself late for work to come inside to get my receipt if it printed at the pump. Seriously! Especially since I paid at the pump and paid more money per gallon then going inside and paying cash. Poor customer service, terrible experience!
Will never again give this gas station my business ever again. A male worker tried to screw me outta money that was won and not cashed in yet. The worker had a attitude when I told him I counted the amount before I entered you're store he treated me like I was some sort of thieve when he was the one trying to rip someone off. He already ripped up the tickets made me wait on him while he was digging in the trash. Finally he got the ticket out of the trash that still had the barcode to scan it since he torn them up anyway which that isn't right at all. Do not give these people you're business they're shady and they'll do anything they can to take advantage of someone in the store. Plus the gas prices are high they will take advantage on anyone to get they're high priced gas. Hope soon they go out of business do not recommend go elsewhere.
The customer service is amazing! Everyone is super friendly and always helps if I have a question about prices and merchandise. Highly recommend this shell!

Not a bad place, but I prefer to use cash rather than my credit card.
