Needed a last minute smog on my motorhome. No one in town would do. There tech was hesitant at first but I explained my situation, and he stayed and called his brother off lunch to help me out. Great set of guys.
they broke my hoses and said my car failed to pass smog. But I had just had my hoses replaced and I know for a fact they weren't like that before I was there. And still had the nerve to charge me the full amount. Last time I ever go there. too bad their too money hungry to keep afloat. Can't wait for the day they close down.
Best price in town for smog and they completed it in a professional & timely manner. Great customer service to I was in and out! I’ll be coming here only for my car smogs
Guy was very rude and disrespectful to me as a woman.And did not perform the smog but printed me out a report stating the error codes on my vehicle, and still charged me the same price as a smog.I don't recommend this place for smog vehicles.
This place is a complete joke. First time I went there, they failed my smog over a PCV line that they assumed to be aftermarket. Put a new stock one on and went back about a month later. Everything was fine except now they claim that my aftermarket, stand alone air?fuel ratio gauge is illegal. It is not. Then the next shop I took it to told me that this Shell station reset my ECU. Now I have to go through Ford's insane drive cycle to allow my vehicle to relearn everything. A complaint to the BAR has already been filed. Don't go here. Smog "techs" are morons.
