This gas station ripped me off it took $25 to get my gas light off .. after noticing my gas gage didn't move but a inch and I drove from here to bowie and my gas light came back on went to another gas station my gage went from gas light to a quater tank with just $10 worth took pics kept receipts fix th pumps ripping ppl off. The guy that inspected my car did a decent kudos to him only job he detected something thar was wrong with my car that saved me money down the Kong run so I took it back to the car dealer that's what the 2 stars Is for
I don't recommend anyone to come here, they just trying to rip you off and charge you for things that's not considered to be failed in inspections.
They charged me 40 dollars for very poor quality wiper blades and not the same size as they should be, they cost 14 dollars and my old wiper blades are way better than they installed.
As you see on the picture that the wiper blades they installed can't clean the bottom of the glass, but my old wiper blades do that, I told them that my old wiper is better than these then they said that part is not supposed to be cleaned which is ridiculous.
ZERO stars. Absolutely unprofessional & horrible customer service. I spoke with Rick (Manager) that ordered the parts needed for my car. He said he'd call me in a few days when it was delivered, but he never called. I call him the following week and he was confusing me with another person that had a different car despite me reminding him several times of the car I have. He finally told me that the parts have been there (as if I should've known). He told me to come in by 8 am so they can change my rotors. My family heard him say this to me because he was connected to the bluetooth in my car. I arrive by 7:30 am, but the shop doesn't open until 8:30.
I asked the employees about the parts delivered for my vehicle, but no one knows anything. One guy tells me to call Rick, but Rick doesn't answer the calls. Then one of the employees (Kenny) calls Rick and Rick answers. Rick proceeds to make excuses and then keep telling me that I just arrived when #1 that wasn't true & #2 that didn't help the issue of Rick telling me to arrive at a certain time to get services his staff knew nothing about. Rick was very dismissive telling me to continue waiting and that I'll get taken care of today, but not giving me an expected time frame.
Instead of Rick telling the guys what he told me (my parts arrived), he didn't. He just dismissed me. I was extremely frustrated with how dismissive they were, the run around from Rick not answering his call, no one knowing what was going on, & the lack of assistance. Kenny ended up taking charge to find out what I needed which turns out was not rotors as Rick had stated.
I then hear Rick telling Kenny (on the phone) that I was giving wrong information when I was only repeating what Rick told me. Kenny finally figured out the confusion Rick caused & helped me. Kenny is GREAT & should be Manager.
Rick arrives as I'm typing this review and accuses me of wanting his staff to stop working on vehicles so they can tend to mine. That's absolutely false. His staff had just arrived so they were not working on any vehicles. More importantly, I only told the staff what Rick said which was that my rotors arrived and I'm here to get them replaced. The only thing I demanded was answers when Rick gave the run around.
Rick refused to listen to what I was saying thereby confusing the info again. He told me I should have known that just because he told me to come at a certain time, doesn't mean they'll stop what they're doing to help me. I clarified that this is not what I was requesting. He also said that I should've known that he may not be able to help me even if he said the parts arrived because they sometimes get wrong parts & it happened 3 times this week already.
I told him that is not the customer's doing, it is his. It is Rick's responsibility to provide accurate information and ensure the part delivered is correct BEFORE telling the customer to come in. Rick said it's my fault for going by what he said, not by what's written on the paper.
Rick refused to take accountability saying that customers should know this. I told him that no other place of business I've ever dealt with does business like this; they tend to provide accurate and reliable information to customers without being argumentative as he was. Customers go by what the info the business provides. Rick then accused me of refusing to understand him because I refused to agree with him blaming customers for the erroneous & unreliable information he gave.
Rick should not be taking customers' orders nor scheduling appointments as he clearly can't get information right. His inability to keep things straight caused great confusion and put his customers & staff in an unnecessary difficult position of having to clear up his mess. The way Rick spoke to me was unacceptable & not how any customer should be treated.
Rather than insult customers, Rick should just stick to known facts & provide reliable info and APOLOGIZE when he makes mistakes instead of arguing & making it worst. I hope his employees get a Manager that is competent & reliable.
Went in for a headlight change on my Chevy Malibu which is a headache. The staff was very professional and quick with the installation and charged me a great price well below the dealership quoted. Overall great experience
