I was over charged for 3 (79 cent cigars, 1 pack of $1.49 pork skin, and 10.00 cigarettes) 25.05 due the math and no receipt I will never go back and of course they not answer their phone. He was more focused on the the couple that owe him 2 dollars that he probably charged me twice for the cigarettes.
Pleasently surprised. I was there last night and left my purse in the bathroom with a lot of things that a criminal would enjoy having. I returned 2 hours later and someone had turned it into the cashiers and they held it for me. There are still good people in this world and a big thank you to the honest person who did the right thing and to the 2 male attendants who did the right thing too!
DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!
What started as an amazing day turned out to be the worst after leaving this gas station. Literally the Worst experience I’ve ever had at a gas station. I went to this Shell to fuel up on gas while using the Fuel Rewards program. (I get .15 cents off) I told the attendant I would like $30 on pump 5. I showed him I had $25 in cash and $5 on my card. Here at this location you also have to tell them you have Fuel Rewards, otherwise, they won’t ask you or they bypass the screen asking for your ALT ID. Anyways, as I proceed to pay. The attendant did not follow instructions. He put .15 cents on the $5 for my card and then did the $25 with the .5 cents you typically get off for having Fuel Rewards. Before I completed this transaction I confirmed if he had put the full .15 cents on the $30 transaction. He confirmed. This was all FALSE. I went back into the station and asked him again. He came up with a story that he could not do split tenders. Why would you not inform someone prior to just spending their money that you couldn’t do split tenders? I would have shopped elsewhere. To make matters worse as I am pumping the gas so I can leave, I look in and the attendants are in there looking at me and laughing because they know what they did was wrong and they don’t care!
Also, I’ve purchased multiple products (snacks) from this location and they have a bunch of expired products just sitting on the shelf from 04/2019. I definitely recommend checking your expiration dates because the workers here obviously don’t.
Maybe the greatest gas experience I’ve had in the ATL hood. I was way past E and desperate for Shell gas. Google gave me three choices. This station, though deep in the hood, was the closest so I took a chance. I pulled in, got my gas quickly and then thought. “Buy lottery tickets? Why Not!” so I did. The cashier asked, “What you do with all that PowerBall?” I truthfully answered, “Help with World Peace”.
All in all, a good experience. Now if I win the PowerBall then, “A GREAT EXPERIENCE!”
