One pump was broken. Because I tried to pay at two pumps, Shell blocked my credit card. I had to use my debit card, but even then, my first attempt did not work. This is a problem with all Shell gas stations. This place looked brand new and very clean.

For a "24/7" place, its Closed at 1:20am.

I don’t have time to argue with ur unknowing matter .I have told u that u can write a note for manager. That I don't have access to the camera. I well known how to count $25 $30. But u have shown ur ugly face with a b bad behavior. I'm not here to stolen ur money. I make enough for leaving. But u should have some good attitude u don't know how to talk to a Cashier in a business. First u have to stop using phone when u go for other business. Don't blame after 5 minutes back to the counter . Even u pump the gas ⛽️ of $25. Behave ur self. Other wise no one will allow u on there business.🤪

Not trustworthy employee, I went to this store and paid gas with cash, when at the counter I gave the young lady who was working there 30 dollars.. but to my surprise when I was at the pump she only put 25.. I asked her if she had made a mistake and she was extremely condescending by showing me sifferece between 5 dollars bills and 10s.. as if I didn’t now how much money I had given her... when I asked her if we could check the cameras she immediately said no, and I was so disappointed by the lack of intention to solve the problem.. I do not care about the 5 dollars, but the attitude was unacceptable besides I used to be a regular customer at this store, and to be honest me, my family and friends are never coming back. BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR CHANGE, ALWAYS ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT!!!
