Pumps don't work and the gas attendant doesn't know how to work the pumps nor monitor them correctly from inside. Had to move form one pump to another pump because the pump didn't work and the the other pump didn't work and I prepaid so give me the gas or give me my money back in cash since it's already been take. It's said that I had to call police because they wanted to try to take my money twice after they already messed up on ringing up stuff. And it was last bit of money I had to make it back to where I needed to get to. So horrible and worse gas station experience ever. Work on training more rather than throwing them behind a counter at a gas station.
Don’t go here. Theyre thieves. You’ll get ripped off your money if you pay cash to pump gas. Gave the guy $35 and only gave me $32 and argued with me that I only gave him $30. How was I able to pump $32 if supposedly“I had only given him $30?” Looked at me with a blank face when I went back and lied to my face about how much I gave him!
Not even after 10pm on a weekday and we have to the shell gas entrance doors only, I’m all for getting some exercise but like enter the building from the center like most shells gas stations that don’t have a ice cream store next door inside. Sorry didn’t see that someone was trying to break in glass was broken in tiny pieces but still not broken into wear you could put your hand through if was clear enough from glass, that’s too bad hopefully you can go 24 hours location here would be great for late night Uber drivers looking for a snack some gas and a restroom break. It might also help with avoiding any one wanting to break in if an employee is on property just an idea. This location is pretty close to the airport for back routes coming from the north.
This is a Shell gas station and convenience store on River Road. The store is at the end of a small strip mall. They carry all of the regular items luke coffee, beer and snacks. The gas pumps are modern and easy to use. The staff was friendly during my last vusit.
I don’t expect much from a gas station experience, however, when the cashier doesn’t greet you, nor thank you and is yelling on his phone the entire transaction and the price as marked for what you bought is completely incorrect on the shelf, that may call for a re-evaluation of the way you run your business.
