Places have got to quit treating people with backpacks as if they were thieves. You don't ask women to leave their purses at the front, so don't ask me to leave my pack. You don't trust me not to put things in the pack, so why would I trust you not to take my things out of it? One of us has cameras, and it's not me. It's a pointless and stupid practice. The thieves are the ones charging over 3 bucks for a candy bar! Food Mart down the street was happy to take my money, and not ask me to hand my personal property over to the store while I shop.
Just found out one of the employees is using a skimmer. Some red headed lady. Said my card was decline for a purchase but the money was still taken off of my card. SMH this used to be such a good place
The whole gas station is a circus. I wanted to buy a shell gift card and the attendant did not know how to key it in the system. At the moment, system was down for customers with credit cards which have a chip. No signs of salts or plowing in the lot. Terrible customer service.
I was waiting in line, mind you there was two lines open. I was already up at the counter and the MANGER said I could help whoever is next and pulled the girl over from the other line. I was confused and she said "that's how we do it here" I then replied well I was in line next and she continued to argue with me and said I was not ,and that the other lady was . My mom them said that is not how you treat your customers and she wanted to speak to the manger then she replied she was the manger . She walked to the back of the store mouthing the whole time . I will never shop their again. It was my first time and defintlely my last. I work in Retail and costumers are the number one priority . I will make sure to tell all my friends what a bad experience I had . That was sicking. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow .
BEWARE!!!! DO NOT BUY Gift cards in this store. THEY CHEAT you!. I bought Amazon gift cards for 125$ and got cheated. Store manager and another employee by name 'MIKE' were very rude when i questioned. They took the receipts of my purchase and my phone number 3 months ago. They said they will verify my purchase against their records and get back to me. After that they never responded even after me visiting/calling them every week. I stopped fueling and purchasing anything thereafter from that store.
