Lady was very rude to me when i asked if they had a restroom. Then proceeded to say that it isn't out of service. She doesn't want no one using the restroom. I said it was okay and thank you. She picked her voice at me while I calmly walked out.
Employees are startlingly rude! Lady manning the counter repeatedly hassled me while I was looking for a side dish, even tried to take my food while my back was turned. It will be a long time before I go to a Shell again!!!
Update: I asked to speak to a manager and she treatened to call the police!
Restrooms are out of service no hot dogs diesel pumps are super oily and dirty service from the cashier was not friendly at all if you are looking for a pit stop this is not the right place
Bathroom out if service. Cashier says broken toilet since yesterday. Sign says no water in restrooms. I say BS! Cashier is too lazy to clean it. We left and went to friendly bar/restaurant next door and had a beer and used their clean restroom.

The most rude customers I have ever seen! 2 diesel pumps out of order. Only 2 working, very busy. Gas, diesel, convenience store.
