The cashier was so rude. I just said the pun number and she was looking at me like I’m stupid & very rudely asked me “ I need the amount “ . I was trying to use my another reward from Dunkin also whichever is related with fuel rewards. She didn’t help me with that. Instead of explaining anything she was arguing with me was not right attitude.I come every week this store to get fuel because it’s convenient from job also home. This was my second time bad experience.Was pump number 5.
It’s required you wear mask during pandemic , 3 out of 5 of the employees were not wearing masks including the heavy set manager. Most of the customers also had no masks regardless of signs posted. The manager and another employees were working over the open food (hot dogs etc) without masks . When asked why this was happening one employee said it’s regulation but they don’t want to do it . When asked if I could get the managers number he pointed to the manager working behind me with no mask. I asked the manager why he was not wearing a mask against the regulations and he said he smirked and said he just came out of the freezer and it can be hard to breath with one on. Good excuse buddy . Did you hear that from a Karen? Yet he was not working in the freezer while I was talking to him and he was joking with the other three employees (only one wearing one) . I feel bad for the cashier working with the mask , it sounds like he has tried to tell them but obviously they don’t take it serious. It seems like from the other reviews there management does not care so obviously it trickles down . Highly don’t recommend .
Poor customer service. Walked in this morning to a new sour face. He looked dead in my face and didn’t speak. People just don’t understand human interaction anymore. You are a representative of the Shell Circle K!!!! Speak to customers! You weren’t doing anything! There was no one else in the store!!! Leave your personal issues at HOME!
Really bad response against an incident caused by the bad pumping unit. Instead of taking care of customer's financial loss and their safety violation (malfunctioning), these guys try to impose their responsibility to customers. Really bad/arrogant attitude, really primitive way of business. Never use this gas station at all.
