I just paid for 3 gallons of gas…… and my car is not registering that any gas was put inside… I went to qt and my car filled right up……… just lost $12 yay they do also randomly change prices on items in the store at whim.
ETA - they still continue to change prices arbitrarily on items I get the same things every time - and a different price for each item every time I go- planning on reducing trips here but location is convenient
When I was in here, the cashier told me that I could use my mobile coupon for a pack of Marlboro cigarettes. On the app, once I hit the use coupon button, it gives me five minutes for the cashier to scan it. Well, he never ended up scanning it at all. He told me that they don’t accept those here, right before he told me that they did. So because of that I lost a $1.50 coupon. Another lady came in at the same time as me and requested gas for her car. She gave them a $50 bill and said that it would not completely fill the tank and that whatever the change was she would be able to get it back. Well, her gas came out to $16. So, they owed her $34 then. It was taking them forever to correct this problem for her. She had to be at the airport to catch her flight in time. They were still dragging of course, and then I had to get very stern with them and explained to them, several times, the math behind it, as well as what they owed her. They still didn’t respond to that, so after that I told them that if they did not give her her change, they would be sorry. After I said that finally, they gave her back her change. The woman was so kind, that since the gas station wasted my coupon for $1.50, she gave me $2.00 to make up for it. That was really nice of her. This was literally some of the most insane and terrible customer service that I have seen in a very long time. I highly do not recommend this business at all.
They take advantage of people here.
Not only do they charge way too much for gas, but they sell broken things. You can't refund or exchange something as simple as a $3 tire gauge. Excuse they gave me was that it's not their fault because it's packaged and they can't check it.
They also don't post prices honestly.
Do not buy anything inside store.
Prices posted do NOT match what register will ring and then will be given non-sensical reasons why they charged you 20% more.

If you are going to post your prices on the internet make sure they're accurate. There is no reason to have a $0.30 discrepancy
