Service Experts

Very disappointed in the follow up service received from Service Experts. I spent $1000 with this company only to be charged an additional $100 when they had to come out to check on the work they had previously performed. When I sent messages and called to talk to them about the situation I was ignored. I would not normally leave a negative review but when a company who tries extremely hard to create a revolving business relationship with their customer treats a customer like this after they have been given that kind of money I think that others should be warned. The service man that came out was great but the company left a very bad taste in my mouth. I will not be doing business with them again. Too many other options in the valley to deal with this kind of treatment.

I had to call tml out for my ac repair. They were timely and professional and so helpful. Very happy with the service provided. Thank you to my service experts TJ and Andrew. I don’t have to suffer in the heat anymore.
