Sears, Plaza Rio, this is a great store in which you can find clothes, perfume, beauty products, household goods, toy's etc. It is almost the same as a Sears in the United States with the exception that you will find different styles, brands and items, however you can gaurantee that there is a standard of quality that you will appreciate and the prices are pretty fair in contrast.

Terrible customer service, specifically the credit department. Even the sales associates rolled thier eyes confirming that they were being “difficult” to put it nicely. Management needs to do something about this, its really discouraging for new and current clients. The store is well stocked and organized, there are some leaks and buckets around the top floor.

I am not sure how this large corporation doesn't have shopping bags. When I saw a couple bring trash bags to put their items in, I was shocked. Not 1 department has had a bag for months they reported. So I exited with clothes in my arms in no bag! 😮 Also the entry doors are horribly dirty with fingerprints everywhere. Sears is a nightmare.

I get better deals in pricing here than at USA specially in my skincare and makeup favorites like Estée Lauder Clinique and Chanel
