Sears

I went in for a quick purchase of a small suitcase. I was quickly greeted by a Samsonite rep and though i wasn't looking for a brand (usually go for "the pink one" or just the pretty one tbh) she didn't push the sale on me, which is my kind of sales rep. She kindly pointed at the suitcases that had a discount and gave me some quick information (while i was standing there looking lost). I was on a rush, so the info she gave me where pointers i had in mind about the size, weight, the type and some fun changes i could do to personalize it. I am sharing the suitcase with someone else, so the personalization is interesting (wheels and the handle) as to remeber who lent it last! The cashier knew the product too!!! i was impressed! Anyway, this comment is long but the transaction was sweet, quick and easy; Sears always has what i have in mind. Important to note, i went in on a workday, before the mall was packed (4:45pm).

The society shops in stores like Sears, I miss this in the USA! The Sears reminded me of my childhood, very nice store with everything Sears is remembered fondly in my mind back in Texas.

Takes Canadian credit card (Visa, Mastercard) unlike most places in Monterrey.

It is a quite calm yet resourceful place regarding the things or souvenirs you are looking for, the personal is very kind and serviceable :3
