Schuler Shoes: Maple Grove

I was looking for a comfortable well fitting shoe. I chose one pair I liked and described what I was looking for and my shoe expert did the rest. He brought me several shoes that fit and looked great. I ended up with two pairs and will definitely go back again. Shoe stores with this kind of selection and service have become rare.

Don’t bother unless you want to be a bother. I went in with intention of purchasing some Birks & running shoes (at least $300). I heard a few sales guys who seemed very knowledgeable working with other customers & at first it appeared all the sales reps were busy. I walked around the store for quite some time looking at shoes & waiting for one of them to free up. I then realized there were like 4 or 5 employees standing at the counter who could’ve been helping me. One guy had even made eye contact a couple times but continued to answer the store phone instead. I finally picked up a shoe, walked up & asked if I could try it on. The lady seemed very inconvenienced by this. I tried on the shoe and said no thank you due to the terrible service I was receiving. Unfortunately I had found socks in here that I wanted to purchase & instead of the lady helping me ring those out, I had to walk around again & ask someone else how I can pay for them. Super annoying & huge waste of time - don’t even try this place.

My wife, son, and I went to shop for some shoes at the Maple Grove, MN location. Danielle was very professional, caring about our needs, and made sure the shoes were exactly the right fit. We purchased 6 pairs of shoes and are very happy with our total experience. I highly recommend Danielle at the Maple Grove location! Beyond satisfied with our purchase and experience.

Maple Grove store is well staffed and stocked. I was in and out with my new shoes in about 10 minutes. Seeing them and being able to try them on before buying was nice vs. buying online.

Wonderful service from sales rep ‘Shari’ today! I bought a pair of Alegrias and a pair of Hokas. Shari’s product knowledge and willingness to help it is second to none. She is a real asset to the store. Much thanks.
