School of Rock

School of Rock has been a life changing experience. Both my daughter and myself are students. The teaching method, based on on performance, is the best way to learn in my view. The school’s collective passion for music is contagious, with a remarkable ability to inspire. My daughter is an accomplished musician who has grown tremendously in both musical abilities and confidence. I play guitar snd sing in a great band, have made some of the best friends of my life, and somehow ended up buying a bar. You can’t get that from Hal Leonard books or watching YouTube videos.

School of Rock has been such a wonderful experience for my son! He is in the Rookie Program and looks forward to it every week. The entire team there is incredibly talented, competent, and kind. Our son’s teacher, Matt Arenburg, always greets the students with enthusiasm and adjusts to each personality so well. He goes above and beyond to meet the needs of each student, while at the same time, creating a cohesive group environment. Shawn Garrity, owner, is also very generous with his time and answered all of my questions before we enrolled my son into the program. Highly recommend getting connected with this crew - you will not be disappointed!

My daughter loves school of rock! The instructors are awesome, and school of rock offers some really great programs. My girl is excited to start Rock 101 and I am excited to hear these talented kids play a show!

School of Rock is great for my son. The teachers are great and the facility is A+. They don't teach in the traditional, sometimes boring way, which is good for my 15 yr old who can lose interest if your not careful. Playing in a group helped with his confidence and I think made him feel like he was part of a team with his important tasks. I wish there was School of Rock when I was a kid learning to be a musician, but hey, my garage sounded pretty good, just don't ask the neighbors lol I highly recommend School of Rock for your kids if they wanna rock out...or even your adult Rockstar in your life! 🤘🤘

School of Rock Seekonk has been a wonderful experience for my son. He has made friends here and has really started to embrace playing music in a new way. He has the opportunity to try many different genre's of music from Heavy Metal to Disco. The grouping of young musicians has motivated him to practice more, become more confident and willing to audition for other groups within the program. The instructors are amazing and make each rehearsal and lesson something that he does not want to miss. They are encouraging, fun and keep my son engaged and challenged. We are both happy that we found the School of Rock in Seekonk!
