School of Rock

My daughter LOVES this school. The instructors are amazing and everyone was very encouraging and enthusiastic. I would recommend this program to any student regardless of experience. You won’t regret it.

Our daughter has been attending School of Rock for over a year. Out of all the after school activities she does, this is by far her favorite. The instructors are welcoming, friendly, and make the entire learning experience fun.

My son has been going to School of Rock for less than a year, and the progress he’s made has been tremendous. School of rock takes guitar lessons to whole new level. The staff and the instructors are great. He loves it, and I love to see the progress he’s making each week. This experience is something he will grow on and carry with him his whole life, definitely worth every penny.

Our son has been going to this School of Rock location for about a year now. A couple of months ago I checked-in with him to make sure he wanted to keep doing it, or would he prefer to just take private vocal lessons. He emphatically said “no way!” to private lessons and said he loved playing with the band. At SoR he does get weekly one-on-one lessons anyway (which he loves), in addition to the weekly band practice. In this last year our son has not just gained a lot of singing and performance skill, he has far more confidence and command and cool. It’s such a fit. The staff are awesome and it’s just an all-around fun place to be. Highly recommended. Cheers.

As an adult , I decided to pursue my childhood dream of playing the drums at SOC-Rockland. I’ve had the pleasure of taking lessons with Dante for the past few months. Dante is such a talented drummer and has a deep understanding of the instrument and its place in various genres . During our lessons, Dante is patient and encouraging, he’s always pushing me to improve while also acknowledging and celebrating my progress. He takes the time to understand my goals and tailors our lessons to help me achieve them. I highly recommend SOC-Rockland to anyone, young or old, wanting to learn/improve their skills. The instructors are inspiring and are truly dedicated to teaching.
