School of Rock

Paul P is an outstanding drum instructor. Excellent temperament and skill set. Scott and Joe are encouraging and talented band instructors. I am a student of the adult program. The band members have become friends. No egos. Great experience. Lives up to all expectations.

My daughter is loving her lessons and the camps where she gets to explore different instruments. All the instructors are excellent! We have had a very positive experience and look forward to many more years and having our younger kids join soon.

Many of the kids at this school are disrespectful little punks! Last night during one of their performances a group of them decided to yell profanities and insults at my 12yo son and my husband. They even took the ping pong ball my son was playing with and threw it away so he had to go chase it down. While calling him names. The teachers and parents sat there and allowed it to happen. I would use caution allowing your child to spend time with the kids there.

Love the genres & wholesome approach to rock n roll. The kids all have a blast & support each other. It's good to see them working to rock together as a band without egos. The instructors are super supportive & encourage the students to be open to try new things. Our son has really come out of his shell & loves to perform live. We are very happy with SoR & the team in Gilbert.

My son has been going to School of Rock for almost 3 years. He absolutely loves it. His guitar lesson teacher is really awesome and nice, the entire staff is supportive and knowledgeable, and the communication level is 👍. Love that there has been schedule flexibility as needed when our son's school schedule has changed. The performance groups are really fun too. He can pick a show he wants to do and then take a break the next season if he wants. If you're thinking about trying out this music school, do it. It's worth every penny.
