Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, we were there while a couple of people were being trained, and I have to say, im happy with how their training is done. Due to my medical issues, they were able to compile a list of shoes that would benefit me. I walked out with 2 new pairs! Happy with the help I received and my choice I made to stop into the store. Very organized and clean store. I didnt realize they had an upstairs till we were leaving, something I will be checking out on another day.

I am only giving 5 stars review for Haley who helped me find a coat. She was absolutely amazing and deserves a raise! I will come back because of her help. HOWEVER Mattie O. In customer service was so rude. We were going to sign up for a credit card but we stopped halfway through the application and told her to forget it. She treated us like children. She wouldn’t tell us the benefits of the credit card until AFTER we get approved. I’m sorry, but I work in retail and that is NOT HOW IT WORKS. she never smiled once. She looked like she hated her job and her customers. Why work in customer service then?

Scheels is my go to sporting goods store. Stopped in yesterday to look at binoculars, the salesman was awesome. I recommend Scheels.

I came in on Saturday afternoon to look at shoes- it was SO busy. Julia S was the sales person that helped me. She was amazing- she was multi tasking helping a couple (few?) people at the same time - but also giving me her full attention when I asked her questions. She was very knowledgeable about the shoes I was trying to decide between and made my decision easier based on her knowledge. Thank you for the great service!
