They're lucky there's no other options in the area. If a Costco was nearby, I'd go to them instead. I've had varying experiences here. One time, I needed help finding items, and the guy helped me out tremendously until we found what I needed. Aside from that, the rest of the employees, especially the ones towards the front helping with the registers suck. They're extremely rude, and they do not want to help you at all. My machine at self checkout wasn't working properly for me and my parents they were in front of me paying separately the lady knew exactly how to fix the issue and proceeded to do so for my parents after they had to chase her down. The machine did the same thing to me as my parents I asked for her help she ignored me and simply didn't want to help she then proceeded to tell me she didn't know how to fix it eventhough I saw her do it for my parents and told me to get to the back of the line with the other people who had big carts with lots of things. I was only buying one single item. Worst experience ever. Especially since I saw her helping someone else with the same isssue as I was leaving but I could clearly tell she was only helping because she knew the other person by first name basis. Do not recommend going here!

You don't find a lot of staff that you can get in Costco.

The only reason I shop at this store is because there is no other one near me or no Costco. Employees are rude, they are no help and the store manager is the worst. Has no customer service skills or people skills. He needs to be replaced because his bad management skills are bringing this place down and is very wrong.

Good place to shop a little crowded though.

I don't think allowing 1 person per family should be enforced here as most people go there to get a lot of stuff and one person is not enough to push one or two carts full of stuff.
