Nicely laid out stores. Employees were helpful in connecting us with the items we were looking for. The store was highly accessible and every employee was very willing to help. A little less selection than the Costco down the road, but all the fan favourites are here.

The checkouts seem to always be extremely slow. I do not recommend this place unless you enjoy standing in line for a long, long time.

The workers at the door aren’t very friendly. They appeared to be stocked well and the restrooms were ok. The prices all seemed to be the same as any other Sam’s in the US. Not many good deals to be found.

Horrible experience. The wait time to pay was ridiculous and then I brought liquor and had to go to customer service to get the bottle I paid for on another line. Customer service cleared out all the locals and left us standing there. I finally requested a refund. Horrible service and attitudes!
