I visited late about an hour and half before close and was kindly greeted and offered assistance, but also given space to try to fit my wide feet and husky ankles in some shoes to try on. I tried on about 20 pair and found 2 finally since it was buy one get one half off. Jackie and Mai were outstanding. Their customer service and their aura was so purely amazing. I have social anxiety and they made me feel extremely comfortable. I wish they were working everywhere I had to go publicly 😂 I may just come to look around once in awhile try some shoes on just for their good vibes and to share some positivity back to them. Best experience ever!

I stopped by Skechers yesterday and I had a wonderful experience. One of the staff, Ryan, was incredibly helpful, was easily approachable, and helped me find shoes for myself and my kids. A++ for experience and would definitely recommend to others!

Beside a few purchases from the Skecher's online store, this is where I purchased most of my shoes over the last 10 years. I normally find the size and type of shoes I am looking for in this store. Customer service has been great for me most of the time.

The treatment I just got from an employee was so rude,. I dropped what I was going to purchase and walked out. Apparently, my pain and disability is too much of an inconvenience. I had been visibly limping around the store and with severe foot pain and a swelling and painful condition in my leg, sitting down to try on shoes was difficult because my leg doesn't want to support me when I stand. So I was trying to stay standing while trying on a shoe. The employee came behind me and repeatedly said excuse me, I need to get by and proceeded to move closer and closer so when I stood up, she made a comment about benches being available. I suppose the fault is mine for being in her way and even though she works in a retail shoe store - going to another aisle and allowing me to try on something is inconvenient for her. And as I walked out, she was standing and chatting with 2 other employees. The level of inconsiderate rudeness made my blood boil. Her actions are totally unacceptable and I certainly won't return to the store while she's there.

I like this store. People are always very nice and helpful. Going today to get new ones.
