SHOE-INN

Came to this store for the first time because it is the only store in the area to carry fiorentini+baker boots. The manager (Kim) ruined my experience. I came to buy boots which are hard to find and left without buying them because I did not want to give a dime to this location and ordered the boots on the store’s website instead. She was incredibly unpleasant, condescending and obnoxious. I came in with my sister-in-law and we were both shocked that someone so obnoxious could be working in sales, let alone managing a retail store. When I asked her about the return policy, she started highlighting a piece of paper as if I cannot read. It’s relevant to mention that I am a lawyer and my sister-in-law is a doctor and she treated us as if we were both illiterate. When I put the boots on the counter, she snatched them away from me as if I was going to run out of the store with them. I came with the intention of supporting a local business and left wishing I’d never set foot in the store. I can’t speak about the other locations, but I would recommend avoiding this location if possible.

I like shoe inn because even if they do not have my size in a location, they are able to get it from another; which is exactly what happened, thank you for getting me my shoes!

I can always find exactly what I need at Shoe-Inn. The customer service is exceptional.
