Thank you five stars. Quality product. Professional installation, the crew worked together, everyone demonstrated skills to quickly complete the work required. Excellent problem solvers, kept me informed and respectful with my property, using drop cloths to protect floors, including vacuuming any dust. They worked as a team. I wish I would have installed these heating and cooling units earlier. I expect having installed these units it will increase my home value, including resale, and will making the house warmer and cooler. I recommend Royal Aire

Royal Aire and more specifically, Elijah, are now our go-to HVAC folks. They came within a couple of hours and Elijah dug into our geo-thermal system and diagnosed a short in the previously installed thermostat wiring. He was friendly, patient, meticulous, and is definitely an expert. The "experts" that installed the system originally neither wired the thermostat nor hooked up the emergency heat feature of the system. You can tell from the before and after wiring pics displayed. We will be calling Royal Aire from now on. Highly recommended!

Mr. Heating and cooling did a terrible job .he put the pan down on the heat exchanger and melted the pan..very Sloppy work.do not recommend his work.

Royal Aire installed central air in our home and they were extremely professional, polite, careful, hardworking, detail oriented, quick, and knowledgeable! The entire team worked very hard to get our air up and running and still took the time to listen to specific things we wanted done to our historic home. We are very pleased we went with them and we feel like they will be there to support us over the years with any needs we may have. It was so nice to feel at ease with having them in and out of our house working while we weren’t home. They even took the time to be careful not to let out our pets and they always cleaned up very well. We had such a great experience with them!
