Terrible attention!!! It is my first year with a vehicle that I acquired for my business, it had a braking detail and the lady responsible only told me that this is what those vehicles were like!!! I had an accident and it was under repair for 2 MONTHS with deplorable attention from the previous claims manager, they delivered my vehicle out of balance and with details on parts and paint. Really the attention and the way of handling things is TERRIBLE. He only highlighted the salesman and the new claims manager who have been aware, from then on the service manager had a terrible attitude and answers without logic... one more week in repair because in two months they could not fix a vehicle 100%. The accident was not that big.
The staff was very friendly and attentive but liars apart from a car that would be delivered to me in 3 weeks so I made my plans trusting in the agency and it turns out that the 3 weeks will be 9 weeks that will be fulfilled within two weeks we have to see if it is true or not, this is a fraud since they sell you cars that are not in stock and that has generated more than 30,000 pesos in losses and many complications for me due to travel time.
Super terrible service, they delivered the truck at 12:30 and when we went they made us wait until 4:15 because it was not ready, Miss Mariana very bad service and when I told her that because of the delay, they made fun of the fact that they were washing it, which they did not. If you can do your service elsewhere, do it. There is no manager in charge, we are supported by a sales person who kindly tries to do the best possible.
