Two staff members were present. I had been served by Troy the day before. Today he went out of his way to make a difference. He stayed with me even though it was his day off and he had a very important family engagement to attend to. Both men demonstrated knowledge and skill in attending to customer needs. While I was present in the store, I witnessed several other customers being served with the same care as I received. This store is 8 hours from my home! Together, they make me want to return just to experience their personal warmth, customer-centered kindness, and skill.

The Bismarck Store is fantastic. Always pleasant, always great customer service! Had a pair of boots that were purchased and were the wrong size. Circumstances made it so we could not get to the store to exchange within the 30 days. They took care of us, did the exchange for us. *Do not recommend the Minot ND Store. Have had questionable to bad customer service there.

I thought for a moment that Worx Boots were something that were readily available at Walmart, wrong I was. That's TreadSafe brand. The boots that I purchased fulfilled the needs I have and I am still learning to use them in a way to maximize comfort. The knowledgeable staff helped me realize the need for arch support which I took the opportunity to equip my everyday sneakers with even though I did not buy redwing. If I had it to do over again, I would prefer to buy redwing brand for the higher price point but I am on an extremely limited income currently so worx, worx for now. Thanks for the help guys!

Great place to get good quality shoes. After vigorous searching it's the only place now that doesn't have plastic bottoms on their shoes and are not made from a few cheap layers of fabric. I did get different insoles for the shoes at time of purchase and they still feel great! My shoes have lasted 3 yrs so far! There's a few things in life you don't buy cheap one is a bed and the other is shoes. While sometimes the price is a bit steep, you pay for the quality and longevity. Definitely recommend!

I went in just expecting a shoe store but the experience was so much more. I never expected them to map the pressure points on my feet and even go in depth about socks and insoles. I left with a great pair of boots and insoles and will be returning for all work boot purchases in the future.
