Rack Room Shoes

Tried walking in at 750 to grab a pair of shoes I already knew they had and in my size. The woman currently working saw me get out of my truck and walked to the door before I got there and locked the door. Pointed to her watch and gave me the we are closed signal by running her hand across her neck. I said you don't close until 8? She unlocked the door and said fine but the registers shut off at 8 with an attitude and told me to hurry up. I got two steps in the door and said forget it..how lazy. This woman and this store should be ashamed of themselves. Lazy and down right rude. I'll never be back

Shoes, boots, socks and lots of sneakers at the Rack! My shoe shopping usually brings me here because of selection and low prices. Beware: they usually have a BOGO sale and you may walk out with two pairs of shoes unintentionally. I did find the sales staff helpful but not very knowledgeable. They probably don't get much training but I just thought that they should know the difference between sneakers. Pros and cons. They did not. Still it's a clean and well stocked store.

We would like to thank Suzanne Passwaters for her excellent service helping me out with different pairs of high heels which we ending up buying multiple pairs of. She took her time showed us many different options and was so friendly that this was a GREAT experience and want her recognized for it.

I love the buy one get one half off deal they have here. I only realized after my last visit here this is a ongoing promotion they have. They have the Bob's Sketchers that I have been faithfully purchasing for work and casual for the past almost 2 years. They actually had this style in stock when the actual Sketchers store did not! And they cost less at Rack Room. I am kind of anxious for the day I go in and they don't have my size in "my shoes", I have bought about 5 or 6 of the same pair, in the same color, and in the same size here! But their selection is wide, I'm sure I'll find something to suffice!
