Kaylob was awesome!
I came in frustrated with another local tire shop and Kaylob was eager to help. He jumped right in with recommendations and his tech staff had me in and out quickly and hassle free.
Additionally, the lobby had multiple other guest and he was kind and extremely professional to everyone he interacted with. This dude is an asset!
10/10 recommended. Feels nice to finally have a trustworthy wheel/tire shop in town 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
So I had a very bad experience with the RNR Tire Express in Davenport, Iowa since the beginning of my contract 4 months ago. First there were discrepancies in the contract which I pointed out and we discussed. They fixed and printed a new one, okay cool. Then 4 days later they called saying my truck was ready to be picked up and the day I go pick up my truck, there are lug nuts sitting beside my right front tire. I called them out of the shop to take a double look and they legit said GOOD CATCH! Okay so they fixed that. 3 months roll by and I Pay off my contract with them a month early. I get a flat tire one day and get it towed to them . (Ps)I did pay for the tow as I was unaware that towing was free and included in my contract. They charged $10 to repair my tire. I noticed later that day my bank acct was charge an additional $77. I called the next day and asked why, and they were like um it looks like you still owe payments. I SAY this must be a joke because I'm paid off! So I go in person because something is just sounding off and no one literally knew ANYTHING. When I go in, there is a whole different team of staff from when I was last there. They told me the last crew was terminated due to mishandling customers' accounts, like overcharging etc... I say oh my that's crazy, I hope I wasn't involved. The manager said oh your okay your paid off and reminded me that we were on a recorded line the day he said my account was paid in full and said no worries. This same manager even drafted a contract that he and his manager signed and dated stating I was paid off. Meanwhile the other staff is still double checking the entire building for my acct info and came back and said we can't find you but we're just going to make you a new acct. They stated that they had to do this for several other customers too because of how the last team left them in bad shape with a lot of incomplete information and they were "sorting things out". They made me a new acct, and later that day is when I realized they had started my monthly payments back up! I feel like I'm being punished for someone elses mistake! I have been treated unfairly this entire time and this has caused me way too much stress! Usually when businesses make mistakes, they make it right! Please make this right if you value me as a customer and wish to do further business. I am NOT the one in the wrong here and now feel that even more shady stuff is going on here. 1 star.
Amazing experience. The customer service was fantastic compared to other competitors. We arrived on a crunch, and Ricky understood our time predicament. Regardless, the whole team right away got us in to fix our tire with a nail in it. They even invited us to wait inside the shop with our dog as we thought we were going to have to wait outside. It was a quick service that I would recommend to anyone.

The staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable. Helped my son secure some sweet tires for his Honda and very affordable. Highly recommend!!!
